style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Formar un cerrito con la harina, en el centro hacer un "cráter" , vaciar la manteca y la leche caliente, revolver con una cuchara.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Amasar hasta que la masa esté blanda, elástica y tibia.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Envolver con un paño de  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=" ;font-family:Georgia;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; Luego formar una base firme con las cholgas, choritos y almejas (y todos los mariscos con concha que se desee agregar), luego una capa con las presas de pollo, una capa de carne de cerdo ahumada, una capa de longanizas o chorizos u por ultimo la capa de papas bien lavadas y sin pelar, agregar el litro de vino blanco y los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:metricconverter productid="2 litros" st="on"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 litros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; rigatonis solo por 5 minutos, retirarlos y cortar cocción enfriando con agua fria.....Mantener en espera.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salsa:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En una sarten caliente agregar un toque de aceite de oliva, agregar el pollo picado, dorandolo por ambos lados, sal y pimienta a gusto, revolver , agregar la cebolla y ajo picado, tomate y 1/2 taza de champiñones picados, albahaca también picada (puede ser seca), mezclar bien todo, agregar un poco de vino blanco (un chorro) y un toque de caldo de pollo, además de la crema de leche para espesar.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#990000;"&gt;Ojo.....Todo debe estar picado del tamaño de los rigatoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Agregar a la preparación la pasta en espera terminando la cocción en la salsa caliente, mezclar todo, agregar queso parmesano, tapar y reducir por 5 minutos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Servir en platos hondos , con perejil o ciboulette picado y tostadas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Picar los tomates, agregar la cebolla picada y amortiguada con agua caliente, el perejil picado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Revolver todo bien para incorporar los ingredientes, agregar un chorro de aceite, el jugo de los 2 limones y sal.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Una vez todo incorporado agregar el ají en crema a gusto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para finalizar y para que los ingredientes no queden muy fuertes,agregar un chorro de agua hierviendo y dejar enfríar.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#ffcc66;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para los niños los preparo sin ají, aunque en mi casa igual se los comen así , con mayonesa y pan.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br especial para estos tiempos de crisis económica, asi que les preparé un Queque de Aceite, le agregué de mi cosecha unos duraznos picados y listo....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 tazas de harina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 taza de azúcar granulada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 taza de leche&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 huevo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 cucharadas de aceite&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ralladura de limón.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Batir por separado la clara y la yema.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Agregar el azúcar al batido, la ralladura de limón, la harina, los polvos de hornear, batiendo constantemente e ir alternando con la leche.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Incorporar el aceite, mezclar bien, agragar los duraznos dorados en mantequilla y azúcar (opcional), poner en un molde enmantequillado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Llevar al horno precalentado, por unos 40 minutos o hasta que el cuchillo salga limpio, a fuego medio.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#ffcc66;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Y eso es todo!!!!!....... ver la carita de los niños degustando este queque fácil y barato.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span cada vez que los cielos se nublan y el diluvio pareciera ocurrir nuevamente, el cuerpo comienza a pedir unas cálidas Sopaipillas y en mi hogar no fue la excepción.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 Kg. de harina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 taza de zapallo cocido&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/8 Kg. Manteca derretida o Aceite (un chorro, para masa)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sal a gusto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aceite para freir.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparar una masa suave (como plasticina) con la harina, manteca o aceite, sal y zapallo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Amasar bien y taparla por un rato, para que no se enfríe, mientras se uslea lo que está usando.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enharinar la mesada, extender la masa y uslear hasta dejarla de 1 cm de grosor.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cortar circulos , pincharlas con un tenedor en el centro y freir en el aceite bien caliente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#003300;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Poner sobre papel absorbente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#663333;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#663333;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:130%;color:#ffcc99;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Servir calientes con mermelada y disfrutar en casa, de tardes de lluvia junto a la
